ORDERS PROCESSING
Orders processing takes about 48 hours before receiving an order confirmation via email. Our operations schedule is from Mondays to Fridays, 9AM - 6PM UTC+08:00.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept payments via Paypal for credit card and debit card transactions. You may also opt for bank deposits via BDO and BPI.
Do note that our reservation is up to 2 business days only. Kindly settle your payment within the given period to avoid the automatic cancellation of your reservation. Further details and instructions will be sent to your respective emails.

We ship worldwide! Items are shipped from Manila, Philippines.

Flat rate of 200PHP
Metro Manila: 1-3 business days
Provincial: 5-10 business days
REST OF WORLD Shipping via Xend Express Mail Service
Flat rate of 2000PHP
Lead time: 3-7 Business days
Shipments will begin once orders have been paid. Our operations schedule is from Mondays to Fridays, 9AM - 6PM UTC+08:00. Orders placed on a weekend will be shipped on Monday. Strictly no shipping during holidays.
Tracking numbers will be sent to your emails.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Only faulty/damaged products exchanges are allowed.
We accept returns for exchange of items not later than 5 business days from the receipt of orders. Items must be returned in unused & original condition, with tags, packaging and receipt included. You may ship using any method of your choice at your expense. We are not responsible for any taxes incurred or lost/stolen returns.
If you wish to return your item, you may send us an email at sales@pharmastar.com.ph with the subject: Returns for Exchange. After which we will send a return confirmation. Kindly allow up to 10 business days days for your return/exchange to be processed. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies.
